An experienced account executive and general manager, Joe has strong Medicaid and commercial healthcare knowledge, with a focus on analytics and payment innovation programs. He also has great expertise in managing large accounts, with responsibility for client satisfaction, P&L and operational performance.
Previously, Joe was an account general manager for DXC Technology. Before that, he led the Cigna and State of Ohio accounts at Hewlett-Packard. He also spent 18 years at EDS, primarily managing the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts account, where he was responsible for client satisfaction, business results, strategy, employee satisfaction and performance, financial results and operations.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Boston College.
